All we ask is that you request a Return Authorization (RA) by phone (1-800-323-4340) or email (sales@coleparmer.com) to get instructions on how to send your item back to us. We'll ask for your reference number (found on the packing slip or invoice) and the reason for return.

Please note that there may be some restrictions on certain products being returned, such as:

• Custom or special-order products
• Expired, refrigerated, radioactive or DEA-regulated materials
• Opened liquids, chemicals or reagents

• For products being returned for repairs, calibration, or other service, please use the InnoCal Service Safety Form.
• For returns that do not require service to the product, please use the product return safety form.
